Elviria, Marbella... where dreams come true!

A relatively ‘new kid on the block’ until recently but now one of the most sought after resorts in Marbella, Elviria offers a wealth of attractions within easy reach of the beach and all amenities.

If you are lucky enough to be staying at luxury Villa Issabella, Marbella, take a look at some of the best-loved attractions in and around Elviria.

Situated just 12 km east of Marbella centre, Elviria boasts a choice of excellent restaurants, the world-famous Nikki Beach Club and family attractions including Aventura Amazonia – an adventure park set in over 20,000m2 of wooded countryside, and the largest park of its kind in southern Spain.

For the more adventurous, a zip line of 240m in length is one of the highlights of Aventura Amazonia in Elviria. The park offers a unique experience for all age groups, and has activities for children as young as six years of age, including treetop adventures – a great place to take the family.

Sun seekers can relax on Elviria’s Golden Beach, one of the most stunning stretches of sand in Marbella. Hire a sunbed and parasol, eat paella in one of the lively beach bars or hire a jet ski.

With 320 average days of sunshine each year, Elviria and Marbella attract holidaymakers and ex-pats from all over the world who come to stay at luxury Villa Issabella, Marbella.

Golfers are also well catered for, with a choice of challenging courses in and around Elviria, including Santa Maria Golf, Greenlife Golf, Los Monteros and Santa Clara – all 18-hole courses.

Two commercial centres in Elviria are situated either side of the road, just off the A7 motorway. Both offer free parking a wide range of amenities. Choose from Thai, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, Italian and English cuisine. Sports fans can also watch their favourite football teams at one of the many sports bars, while enjoying a pint of Guinness or a jug of sangria!

A foot bridge over the main A7 motorway gives easy access to the beach, wherever you are staying in Elviria.

If you want to spend the day at the beach, why not have lunch in a typical beach bar or ‘chiringuito’ where freshly caught fish, seafood and rice dishes are served ‘al fresco’ with stunning views of the Mediterranean.

Just a five minute drive east of Elviria is the pretty port of Cabopino, with its sheltered sandy beach, a choice of waterside restaurants and a leisure marina. Book a dolphin trip from Cabopino or choose from a range of water sports in the warmer months. Cabopino Golf is situated just a 5 minute drive north of the marina and offers 18 well-designed holes with challenging fairways.

Whether you choose to travel 15 minutes down the road to Marbella and Puerto Banus or stay at luxury Villa Issabella Marbella and chill out, you will find plenty of things to keep you and the family entertained on this part of the glorious Costa del Sol.
