Luxurious Marbella Villa for Family holidays

If you are looking for a fun-packed family holiday on the Costa del Sol, there is no better place than Marbella to bring the kids.

From miles of long sandy beaches, water sports, water parks, sports clubs and wall-to-wall sunshine, Marbella really is the jewel in the crown of the Costa del Sol.

Planning a family visit? Then why not book a luxurious Marbella event villa with its own infinity pool, beautiful gardens, a games room, barbecue and sun terrace to make the most of this amazing area. If you want to really live it up, let your host arrange a private chef.

If you can drag yourself out of your luxury villa, Marbella offers a wealth of fabulous attractions for all ages.

Aventura Amazonia, situated in Elviria, just 500m from the beach, offers the longest treetop zipline in Andalucia at 240m, 6 adventure circuits, nets and adrenalin-fuelled jumps and plunges for all age groups (from 6 years of age).

Puerto Banus is a great place to watch the world go by and see the ‘big boats’ at the west end of the port. Lined with shops, bars, pavement cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants, you will find plenty to see and do in Banus – don’t forget your credit card!

Puerto Cabopino is smaller and more accessible than Puerto Banus – and offers restaurants, bars, a water sports centre and two great chiringuitos on the sand. The beach is great for swimming and is protected on either side by coves which protect it from the wind. Andy’s Beach Bar offers live music and is a fabulous place to chill out on a Sunday afternoon.

Why not book to stay together in a large, luxurious Marbella villa for families?

The boulevard in San Pedro Alcántara, just 10km west of Marbella, has grown over the years and now offers three playgrounds for the kids, with roped hills to climb, wooden horses to ride and swings. Older children can enjoy the zip line nearby. The boulevard is also perfect for biking and rollerblading, with a 3km, well-marked track. There is also a fancy, architectural bridge which curves to match the waves and mountains of the Marbella coastline, offering beautiful sea and mountain views and stretching over a series of paddling pools for the kids to splash around in.

Also known as the ‘Costa del Golf’ the coast offers over 70 golf courses and a good few of those are situated in Marbella. Santa Maria Golf, Greenlife, Golf, Cabopino Golf and Santa Clara are all situated within a 10-minute drive of Marbella town centre and offer a range of facilities and services from putting greens, bars & restaurants, golf lessons, shops and equipment hire.

The Costa del Sol continues to attract people who are looking for luxurious family holidays in Marbella, couples who are searching for the perfect wedding venue and partygoers who want to celebrate a special birthday or occasion in style. Whatever time of year you visit, you will find a wealth of things to see and do in this glitzy part of southern Spain.
